Highlighted Event
Bandbox is a popup event at the Nashville Sounds Baseball Games, that features guest chefs around the Nashville, TN and surrounding areas. I was honored to be included in this event and prepared over 165 fried wontons filled with collard greens, 5-cheese macaroni and cheese, and fried chicken drizzled with hot sauce and served with yam sauce on the side! And they sold out!
